The New York Times is reporting that the business titans at the World Economic Forum are privately predicting a Trump win in November. In fact there is a “consensus”.
But they don’t want to say anything publicly.
This bashfulness to going on the public record about the voting intentions of Americans that CEOs only speak to on the reception at private jet terminals is probably prudent.
Better to focus on areas where a CEO’s expertise in knowing what’s going to happen in business and the economy has been proven time after time.
Interest rates, inflation, logistics, employment…..
Then again. Perhaps not.
