Washington continues to be scandalised by revelations involving a local workplace where employees think the CEO doesn’t know anything. Apparently, he asks stupid questions.

Former employees allege that the CEO dominates the discussion in meetings, makes long rambling points which have no relation to the issue at hand, does not listen to the views of others and blames the lawyers for any problems.

In some cases, the CEO has described employees as “mentally retarded”. In turn, the second in charge has described the CEO as an “idiot”.

And there are now rumours that some businesses within the company have not immediately and effectively implemented decisions and instructions from head office.

According to an anonymous senior official who was not authorised to speak to the media, catastrophe has only been averted by the resistance of these senior officials.

Who would have thought that such behaviour would ever happen in any office!
